Return Procedure
1. Contact the customer service of Yunfurniture, explaining why you want to return the products.( Please Provide us with related videos or photos if you think you are not satisfied with the products.)
2. Our customer service supporter will send RL to your email.
3. Print the return label(RL)out and send back the original package within 30 days. Otherwise if exceeding 30 days, the RL will become invalid..
4. Yunfurniture would process the refund in 2 days. It may take 5-7 business days for you to receive the refund from the bank.
Return Policy
Item must be returned within 30 days, and refund will be given as money.
All returns for refunds not caused by seller are subject to 20% re-stocking fee.(including buyer Just doesn't like it, Ordered by Mistake, Found a better price, Changed mind or Doesn't fit, etc.
All products returned must be in original boxes and 100% complete, with ALL original packing materials, all manuals, and other accessories, otherwise, returns will be refused. Any shortages, errors, or damages made to the shipment must be notified to our customer service before returns.
Return Information
Most products on Yunfurniture are returnable as long as you return all original packaging, paperwork and parts in new and unused condition.
You can return them for free only when there is manufacturing defects or Yunfurniture's mistakes.
To return a product, you should ask for a prepaid return shipping label(RL). Please note there is a time limit: in 30 days after you have received the product.
